What to Expect in a Kripalu Yoga Class?
The heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance your body.
Classes begin with warm-up movements and breath awareness to prepare you for yoga postures.
Each class ends with deep relaxation and meditation.
This is a gentle to moderate class open to beginners and experienced practitioners. Wear comfortable clothes: bring a yoga mat (if you have one) and a blanket or towel.
